- 2 cups broccoli florets 🥦

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀 (28g protein)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (14g protein)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2️⃣ Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until lightly browned.
3️⃣ Steam broccoli until tender.
4️⃣ Mix Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, almond milk, and seasonings in a bowl.
5️⃣ Combine cooked chicken and broccoli with the sauce, then place in a baking dish.
6️⃣ Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and add breadcrumbs if desired.
