Exercise isn’t just about physical fitness—it’s a key ingredient for mental health and emotional well-being.

When you exercise, your body releases endorphins—those feel-good chemicals that act as natural mood boosters. Endorphins help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, and they can even ease symptoms of depression. Think of them as your brain’s built-in way of brightening your day, no matter how tough it’s been.
